Monika has worked in Higher Education for over 25 years. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Visiting Professor from Shandong University of Finance, China. Monika has published internationally and in the UK. Monika’s research interests lie in cross-cultural management, employability, internationalization of HE and study destination choices.
